Job Summary Responsible for ensuring every guest receives an exceptional in‑store experience. The role leads from the floor, provides technical product education, drives sales performance, and supports team development as part of the store leadership team. Core Responsibilities Lead the lululemon guest‑experience framework, establishing an inclusive, high‑caliber experience on the floor. Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives product education and assistance when needed. Serve as Supervisor on Duty, leading from the floor to meet business, team, and guest needs. Prepare the store for guests, maintaining operational excellence throughout the shift. Open and close the store in accordance with procedures. Review daily business data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team. Participate in the hiring process—recruitment, selection, recommendations, onboarding, and training. Provide direct feedback and coaching for team member performance and ongoing development. Promote a respectful and inclusive team by building supportive relationships and fostering a fun, productive environment. Requirements Eligibility: Legally authorized to work in the store’s country and able to travel to the assigned store. Schedule/Availability: Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional early or late shifts. Experience: 1 year in retail or customer experience; some leadership or mentoring experience. Job Assets (nice to have): High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of retail/sales leadership; food/beverage service certifications for experiential stores. Experiential stores may involve industrial kitchen equipment and heat exposure. Compensation & Benefits Package Base Pay Range: $22.75 – $26.17 per hour (subject to local minimum wage).
