The Role:  

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the content strategy that underpins our sales and marketing efforts. Your expertise will drive the creation of compelling content that ties our technical solutions to industry challenges, primarily through digital platforms. This role will focus on content that supports sales, employs effective SEO strategies, and produces engaging website content. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who is keen to engage with a broad audience and contribute significantly to our lead generation and sales enhancement efforts.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Content Creation : You will be responsible for a variety of content types that drive lead generation efforts, including web pages, blogs, emails, brochures, and sales documentation. Working closely with our Product Content Strategist, you will implement strategies that emphasize the value of Algo products in solving business challenges.


  • SEO and Digital Presence : You will work closely with our Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance online visibility and engage audiences. You will research and propose content to create or ways to optimize existing content based on trending topics, your use of SEO tools, and your analysis of own website metrics. 


  • Social Media : You will own the distribution of content through our LinkedIn profile. You will also be responsible for promoting the company’s attendance at trade shows. This will be done in collaboration with our Event Coordinator and Graphic Designer.  


  • Support Partner Strategies with Content : Algo works closely with partners like distributors and integrators to get products into the hands of our end users. You will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager to support these relationships through content marketing.


  • Ask Questions and Stay Curious : As the voice of the company, your content should reflect the expertise and dedication Algo has for engineering high-end audio and video communication products and solving industry challenges. This requires working closely with our internal subject matter experts to understand big topics and then distilling them into simple, clear content.  

 

 

Qualifications and Skills:  

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B content creation, marketing, or a closely related field. 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with an emphasis on creating solution-focused content that engages and informs without being overly sales-oriented. 
  • Digitally savvy; Proficiency in SEO and the ability to effectively apply SEO best practices to content creation. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including WordPress, WooCommerce, SEMRush and Google Search Console, is highly desirable. 
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and shifting priorities as needed. 
  • A self-motivated learner, eager to quickly absorb new information and technologies through various learning methods.

  • Expertise in technical product content, especially in the technology sector.
