If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Regional Manager Sales & Services, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). In this role, you will report to the Vice President of APAC and will be responsible for Valmet’s Flow Control Business line in ANZ. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Responsibilities Drive orders, profitable growth, and enhance market participation. Oversee the ANZ Region P&L and achieve financial targets. Lead, manage, and develop the ANZ Sales & Service team, including the channel partner network. Cultivate and maintain a network of relationships within Valmet and with customers. Identify and engage potential customers to understand their equipment, supplies, and service needs. Communicate and execute the strategy with the local organisation and relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity. Demonstrate a high level of HSE mindset and knowledge, integrating HSE procedures and practices into daily work routines. Ensure the company’s operations in the region comply with all legal requirements. Requirements Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Experience in Mining and Metals, Renewable Energy or Gas industry will be highly regarded. Ability to set clear targets, delegate tasks, and monitor performance effectively within both direct teams and a matrix organization. Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders. Demonstrated technical leadership and understanding of Flow Control products in customer environments. Strong business skills to ensure accountability and delivery of development projects. Ability to build relationships and trust, ensuring customer satisfaction with high-performance, profitable solutions. Adaptability to anticipate and respond quickly to customer needs and operate successfully in ambiguous environments.
