AI Compliance Manager, IgniteTech (Remote) - $100,000/year USD Apply for the AI Compliance Manager role at Crossover . This role is fully remote. Base pay range $50.00/hr – $50.00/hr (equivalent to $100,000/year assuming 40 hours/week, 50 weeks/year) Key Responsibilities Certification Audit Packages: Validate evidence collections and documentation supporting PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certification maintenance. Customer Security Responses: Provide customized answers to sophisticated security questionnaires, inquiries, or assurance demands. Governance Document Updates: Revise policies, procedures, or risk treatment plans in response to regulatory or internal shifts. AI System Tuning Memos: Modify AI behavior— including training data adjustments, guardrail updates, and escalation logic refinements—to enhance compliance accuracy and system performance. Additional Responsibilities Maintain enterprise-level compliance assurance via AI-enhanced certification oversight and client trust engagement. Basic Requirements Minimum of 3 years managing or leading certification audit processes End-to-end management experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS audits Proven ability to review and respond to sophisticated customer security questionnaires Proficiency leveraging GenAI tools for reviewing, generating, and editing compliance documentation About IgniteTech World-class talent. 100% global remote.
