This is a multi-disciplinary healthcare facility that also has a family physician, a sports medicine physician, an orthopedic surgeon, physiotherapists, massage therapists, a Canadian certified pedorthist (custom orthotics) and orthopedic bracing technicians assessing patients on-site. The family practice space has been newly renovated and has an EMR (MedAccess) in place. Signing bonus + reduced overhead for the first few months is available. This beautiful clinic comes fully furnished and professionally managed. Telephone Dr. Mark Fletcher at or email: Job Description Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Examine patients and take their histories, order diagnostic tests and laboratory procedures; Advise patients on health care, health promotion, and disease prevention Consultation and referral to other medical practitioners Act as a patient’s advocate Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, inoculations and vaccinations Report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases as per Nova Scotia Public Health requirements Dartmouth is a great place for getting outside and appreciating its natural beauty on land and water.
