Who you are You’re a skilled Salesforce developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering clean, scalable solutions. You combine technical expertise with strong communication skills, translating business needs into smart, efficient systems. Detail-oriented and organized, you’re comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team to drive innovation and results. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, etc.) Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party ecosystem (Power Automate, Heroku/Mulesoft APIs, etc.) Handle database schema design, performance tuning, and large data volume strategies Optimize and refactor existing customizations for performance and scalability Collaborate with stakeholders on CRM strategy, data architecture, and automation initiatives Support integrations with third-party vendors and our loan origination system Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations You will work very closely with the Salesforce Admin, so being a strong team player is essential.
