What You’ll Be Doing Collaborate on and lead complex technical projects, ensuring high‑quality and timely delivery while maintaining technical excellence. Spearhead initiatives to improve code quality and workflows, actively contributing to discussions and presentations in front‑end meetings. Write automated tests and collaborate with the QA team to ensure robust and solid code. Leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance workflows, efficiency, and code quality. Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and provide guidance on best practices. Foster a culture of engineering excellence, inclusivity, and technical curiosity, where engineers can thrive and grow their skills. Act as a technical mentor to junior engineers, helping them grow their technical expertise and career development. Who We Are Looking For 7+ years of professional experience in Front‑End development. Extensive experience with Typescript, React ecosystem (Next.js is a plus), and modern state management libraries. Strong expertise in CSS/SASS, modern CSS frameworks, and responsive design principles. Experience with frontend performance optimization and monitoring. Understanding of microservices architecture and API integration patterns. Ability to anticipate business impact and technical risks. Proven ability to influence technical decisions and drive change, with experience in a leadership or influential role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with engineers at all levels. Commitment to writing high‑quality code and continuously improving projects. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, testing methodologies, and agile development processes.
