The ideal candidate will lead our projects throughout the lifecycle, address technical questions, and ensure successful execution. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure and application projects. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in scope, following AutoCanada’s Project Governance structure. What You Will Do Develop Project Charters and/or Scope Statements Coordinate project activities, tasks, and milestones to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives Identify potential risks, apply risk mitigation strategies, and manage the risks throughout the project lifecycle Monitor project progress and provide status reporting Provide leadership and guidance to project team members fostering a collaborative work environment Develop project budget estimates, forecasts, and track expenditures. Monitor cost variances and develop plans to minimize impacts to budget. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Communicate with General Managers, line managers, end users, and people across the organization to develop continuous improvement processes with how we use, deliver, and maintain technology solutions What You Bring To The Table Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology roles with competency in Server/Cloud, Networking, or Service Desk Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
