About the Role We are seeking collaborative, patient-focused Pediatricians to join our multidisciplinary team in managing a wide range of clinical profiles, including ADHD, ASD, and other comorbidities such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Key Responsibilities Conduct A260 consultations and short-term follow-ups. Manage patients referred exclusively by primary care physicians. Collaborate in assessment teams to deliver comprehensive ADHD evaluations and same-day treatment plans through the clinic’s proprietary One-Day Assessment Model. Commitment/Compensation Schedule: 1–2 days per week (8–16 hours total), with the opportunity to increase hours based on clinic needs. Note: Availability on Saturdays is required. Compensation: Retain all OHIP billings. $200 per hour for time not covered by OHIP (e.g., internal meetings, paperwork, no-shows). No-shows compensated at OHIP rates. Additional Benefits: No overhead fees charged by the clinic. Skilled administrative support provided. Requirements Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC), with specialized training in pediatrics and/or mental health. Authorized client population must include children and adolescents. \Experience with ASD is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills.
