GTM Lead Activity Feeds

Stream is hiring for a GTM Lead - Activity Feeds to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position located in Boulder and reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. What You Will Do In this role you will be responsible for owning revenue growth for Streams Activity Feeds product. This is a player-coach position blending growth, product marketing, product-led motion, sales development and sales enablement. You will set strategy, build programs, run campaigns and outbound motions, take sales calls and partner cross-functionally to hit pipeline and ARR targets. Responsibilities Own revenue & pipeline targets for Activity Feeds and execute the growth plan across inbound, outbound and PLG. Optimize the Product-Led Growth funnel (sign-up, activation, PQL, SQL, win expansion) including experiments across onboarding docs, templates and in-product prompts. Manage Activity Feeds website and content to ensure accuracy, SEO and conversion optimization. Define Target Account List (ICP / IBP criteria) segmented by verticals and use cases; align with regional coverage and partner motions. Build and run outbound at scale: cadences, personalization (including AI-assisted) enable SDRs / AEs with messaging and objection handling. Run sales calls with prospects and partners; co-sell with AEs; qualify solution and close opportunities. Partner with Support, CS and Engineering to capture migrations blockers and feature requests. Create marketing assets: landing pages, case studies, blog posts, webinars, decks and demos. Provide pricing input and collaborate on packaging / price tests. Measure and communicate performance with crisp data-driven updates and dashboards. You should thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment and be comfortable operating cross-functionally as a mini-GM for Activity Feeds. Ideally you have 6 years in GTM roles spanning growth, product marketing or sales for developer platforms, APIs, infra / CPaaS or B2B SaaS. Demonstrated ownership of pipeline / revenue success with PLG sales-assist motions. Strong messaging and positioning skills for technical audiences able to translate architecture into business value. Hands-on outbound experience: TAL building cadences, personalization at scale (including AI-assisted workflows). Proficiency with marketing & revenue analytics, CRM / MA tools and funnel analysis. Excellent communication and storytelling skills with customers and internal teams. Bonus Points for Background in feeds messaging, realtime ML ranking or social / marketplace / gaming use cases. Experience with pricing & packaging for API / usage-based products. SQL / BI familiarity (Looker, BigQuery) and comfort with experimentation. Developer-adjacent credibility (Go / JavaScript literacy, API demo experience). The base salary range for this role is $00 plus commission and equity.
