As the Cloud & AI GTM Activation Manager for SME&C Corporate, you will accelerate revenue, build field agility, and deepen partnerships with Sales leaders, Sales Excellence, Marketing, and Partner functions. Your responsibilities include: Act as the primary product and technical advocate, evangelizing across Microsoft products and leveraging subject‑matter expertise to develop impactful strategy and tailor messaging for internal and external audiences. Develop and execute business strategy and track the efficacy of plans across the business to drive sustainable growth, manage revenue accountability, and align stakeholders to deliver against key performance indicators. Lead definition and orchestration of strategic go‑to‑market plans, integrating marketing, field, consulting, customer success, and partner functions to support a OneMicrosoft approach and partnering with GCPS to recruit and enable partners. Identify long‑range, white‑space growth opportunities, including geographical expansion and cross‑reference market opportunities, to maximize performance across the business. Drive a pipeline of feedback from sales to supply chain, leverage regional competitor knowledge to develop business cases and land services, and ensure customers have hardware availability. The ideal candidate has the following qualifications: 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre‑sales, or related work; OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience enabling marketing strategy in partnership with Marketing leadership and Sales Enablement/Operations teams. 12+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, or technical pre‑sales AND a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; OR equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex, multinational organization. Field Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $128,000 – CAD $222,400 per year.
