Position Overview:

A leading organization is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Compliance Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will handle inquiries, conduct investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting internal teams and external partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve inquiries from clients, representatives, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide guidance on company policies, licensing, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with agent screening, appeals, and training materials.
  • Support internal and external audits and escalate risks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in French and English (mandatory).
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance and mutual fund regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
