**Location: Remote, Canada**

**Position Overview**:
This position is responsible for authoring and releasing Engligh and French **_WOW mobile boutique_** retail store communications including newsletters, topical bulletins, training, policies, product and promotional updates in a timely, accurate and consistent manner to achieve the company objective of sales, growth, and profitability.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate internal communication flow through our WOW NEWS, Hot Topic, and WOW NOW newsletters for both English and French market.
- Translating French content for our Social Media platforms, working alongside the Communications Supervisor and Sr. Manager, Marketing & Communications
- First response for all customer feedback/relations - reviews, redirects, and follows up to make sure customer feedback is answered with the highest degree of customer service.
- Write and maintain copy and content for MyWOW, for both English and French Markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with our field team and Head Office
- Build and implement weekly Hero Offer sheets and Blackboard messaging alongside the P&C Analyst, Communications Supervisor and District Managers
- Is bilingual in both English and French; meaning you can speak and write comfortably in both languages.
- Has a post-secondary education in communications, public relations, journalism, or the like. Alternatively, someone who has lived the retail environment with hands-on experience in building copy & content
- Is passionate about communication and the written word.
- Is enthusiastic about people and being a part of a people-centric company.
- Can speak to our brand - who we are, what we do, and why we do it
