Position Overview We are looking for a full-time Sales Account Manager to join our Calgary-based team. In this role, you will nurture existing customer relationships while actively identifying and developing new opportunities. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through phone outreach and in‑person visits. Strengthen customer loyalty through genuine, reliable, and solutions‑focused account management. Identify and engage new customers, securing new logos and expanding SeisWare’s market presence. Manage the day‑to‑day sales process, including coordinating account meetings and aligning sales support resources. Collaborate closely with internal teams, leveraging cross‑functional expertise to support customer needs and advance new sales opportunities. Proactively address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and consistent experience. Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive offerings to effectively position SeisWare’s solutions. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of SeisWare’s products and sales methodologies through ongoing training. Use HubSpot and other data/analytics tools to manage your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. Apply Conscious Selling and Coaching techniques throughout the sales and relationship building process. Education and Experience A background in geoscience or oil & gas engineering is an asset Customer service or relationship building experience, and comfort engaging directly with accounts. Required Skills and Qualifications Curiosity and a consultative mindset, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and solve customer problems. Self‑motivated and proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Solution‑focused initiative, consistently looking for what can be done and approaching challenges with a positive, resilient attitude.
