Job Description:Job Description Data Analyst/Payroll Specialist SUMMARY We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Data Analyst/Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting client income/expenses and payroll data This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong computer skills and the ability to work independently to meet stringent deadlines. Self motivation, dedication and the ability to multi-task are a must. Confidentially in all aspects of this position is our number one priority. PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide bookkeeping support to management and other employees by accurately inputting data into QBO using receipt management software. To process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for approximately 15 clients including benefit plans/deductions, onboarding of new employees and submission of Records of Employment. To provide administrative support through answering emails, telephone call inquiries and managing Google Sheets. Update practice management software to develop and maintain strong online communication lines with clients SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Experience processing payroll and strong knowledge of the Employment Standards Act. Ability to learn and adapt to new data entry/payroll software and applications. Experience with Google Sheets an asset. Strong computer and typing skills. Experience with QBO and solid understanding of full cycle bookkeeping an asset WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Applicants will work from their home and require dedicated office space to work on confidential information with minimal interruptions. Willingness to travel to Barrie for training and monthly team meetings 36 hours per week Wage negotiable based on experience Job ID: 2642484
