Adecco is excited to support a leading Engineering company in Edmonton in hiring a Senior Executive Assistant for a 1-year contract role. This role provides high-level support to a Senior Director managing a large and complex portfolio of ~75 active initiatives . We’re looking for someone exceptionally organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment to help keep priorities moving. Location: Edmonton-based (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Duration: 1-year contract Pay: $50–$55/hr Start: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior leadership. Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense reporting. Process invoices, timecards, and maintain administrative tracking systems. Organize and execute events and meetings. Review, edit, and format presentations and documents. Act as a liaison for stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication. Anticipate needs and provide proactive support to streamline operations. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a senior-level Executive Assistant. Proven expertise in calendar management , travel coordination, and expense handling. Strong skills in invoice processing, timecard management, and administrative tracking . Experience in event coordination and presentation formatting. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills .
