Supply Chain Security Program Manager Full-time Brampton, ON or Winnipeg, MB This role requires 50% travel to terminals across Canada. Responsibilities Lead and manage the company's participation in CTPAT and PIP programs. Develop and maintain security profiles in partnership with the internal security team, ensuring annual reviews and required documentation comply with CBP and CBSA guidelines. Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with CTPAT and PIP requirements. Identify and evaluate instances of non‑compliance, providing corrective action measures. Liaise with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Canadian Border Service Agency (CBSA), and other regulatory authorities as needed. Coordinate training and awareness programs for internal and external stakeholders. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect evolving security regulations and best practices. Manage the validation and revalidation process, including site visits and responses to government inquiries. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Procurement, Dedicated, Legal) to ensure alignment with compliance objectives. Prepare reports and present findings to senior leadership regarding program performance and improvement opportunities. Qualifications Certification or degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field. 5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the transportation industry preferred. Certification in HACCP or CTPAT/PIP is highly desirable. Internal auditor certification with RPM and COR is desirable. Experience in incident investigation and comprehensive internal audits. Strong expertise in CTPAT and PIP standards. Ability to conduct comprehensive audits and manage compliance. Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. regulations and standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills. Professional Skills Advanced communication skills. Proficient with computer applications; MS Office, ERP, AS400, and customs systems. Demonstrated customer relationship skills. Strong conflict‑resolution skills. Ability to meet deadlines in a high‑transaction environment. Results‑focused with a sense of urgency and ownership of deliverables. Bilingual is an asset.
