Overview Account Consultant (Sales & Marketing) at OSL for Bell Canada. We hire passionate, driven people who are ready for their next big career move and who are professional, adaptable, and social. Responsibilities Drive the sale of Bell's full suite of residential products to customers in apartment and condominium buildings (Bell Fibe TV, Internet, Home phone, Bell Smart Home, Bell Mobility) using a variety of marketing strategies, including kiosk events, presentations, and face-to-face canvassing. Build and maintain positive relationships with building stakeholders (superintendents, property managers, resident managers, etc.) to ensure Bell services are presented to all prospective residents. Deliver best-in-class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand. Use Salesforce CRM for territory and funnel management. What OSL Direct offers Competitive base pay plus car allowance and an uncapped commission structure that can total up to $80,000–$90,000 per year, with top performers earning close to six figures. Paid car allowance; access to a vehicle is required for this role. Tools for success: smartphone & tablet, business cards, Bell-branded clothing, ID badge, Salesforce CRM. Training in Bell products and services; job shadowing; ongoing coaching, learning, and development opportunities. Internal career growth and a 25% discount on personal Bell services. Company benefits including health and dental coverage (individual coverage paid 100% by the employer). Full-time flexible work schedule; evenings and some weekend work are required to maximize customer contact. Requirements for success An ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. An outgoing people person who enjoys helping others. Strong time management skills, prioritization, and goal achievement. Motivated by rewards and uncapped commission potential. Team player with reliable access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license. Ability for frequent travel across the region; flexible full-time schedule including evenings and weekends as required. Sales, customer service, and/or marketing experience is an asset.
