** Finance Controller / NetSuite Consultant** to join remotely to their company on a full-time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- As a
**Finance Controller / NetSuite Consultant** you will be reporting to the Director of Professional Services and responsible for the following:

- Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of financial accounting systems; interpretation and analysis of financial and variance information.
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of billable forecasted client hours for time and materials projects and enhanced implementations.
- Develop an understanding of the four modules in Oracle **NetSuite**: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Design to Build, and Record to Report.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Hire, manage, and train new staff members.
- Make recommendations for improving policies and systems in place.
- Providing financial leadership and guidance to all functional areas within the organization requiring such support.
- Are responsible to prepare and communicate a detailed solution architecture plan working together with key stakeholders.
- Are responsible to execute the **NetSuite implementation **working together with the implementation partner and other internal stakeholders.

**Requirements and skills**:
**Technical Qualifications**:

- Progressively responsible leadership experience in a range of relevant financial accounting and reporting functions in a medium to large-sized organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Commerce (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
- Ability to build and manage effective teams and advance a positive workplace culture.
- Possess knowledge of capital asset inventory.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Leverage a “business-first” mindset across functional and industry topics to drive business transformations and deliver analytical solutions
- Oracle **NetSuite **Knowledge preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting / Finance.
