The ideal candidate will be:  

  • A Confident and Experienced Lawyer : You have at least 3 years of litigation experience and are ready to take on full responsibility for managing your own client files while working collaboratively with senior lawyers to continue developing your expertise.

What We Require:  

  • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience , preferably in construction law, with the ability to independently manage your own client files. 
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage complex legal matters with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in all aspects of legal work. 
  • A law degree (JD or LLB) and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. 
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a paperless, digital-first firm. 
  • An interest in the construction industry and its evolving legal challenges. 
  • Flexibility to attend occasional in-person events in Toronto (though remote work is the primary mode).
