As we continue to grow, we're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing a long-term career and building a strong reputation in the industry. An ambitious, experienced lawyer (with at least 3 years of litigation experience) who is eager to grow professionally, build a strong reputation, and take on significant responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A Confident and Experienced Lawyer : You have at least 3 years of litigation experience and are ready to take on full responsibility for managing your own client files while working collaboratively with senior lawyers to continue developing your expertise.

Minimum 3 years of litigation experience , preferably in construction law, with the ability to independently manage your own client files. 
Proven ability to work independently and manage complex legal matters with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results. 
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in all aspects of legal work. 
A law degree (JD or LLB) and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. 
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a paperless, digital-first firm. 
An interest in the construction industry and its evolving legal challenges. 
Flexibility to attend occasional in-person events in Toronto (though remote work is the primary mode).
