What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead the migration of legacy Visualforce pages to modern Lightning Web Components (LWC) throughout the entire project lifecycle. Adhere to Salesforce best practices by writing high‑quality, maintainable code and ensuring proper documentation. Conduct system and regression testing to ensure stability and functionality of developed solutions, while troubleshooting bugs. Identify technical challenges and implement optimal solutions to enhance system performance and user experience. What is Required (Qualifications): 5+ years of IT experience with significant hands‑on development experience on the Salesforce platform. Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to clients and C‑level stakeholders. Strong skills in Apex Development, including advanced triggers, classes, and batch processes. Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components, including event handling and integration with Apex. Thorough understanding of Salesforce best practices, security models, and data models. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer II or Salesforce Administrator. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Background in writing technical design documents and requirements specifications. Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
