As a Salesforce Consultant at Plative, you will design and implement Salesforce solutions for a diverse range of Nonprofit clients. Candidates should possess knowledge of Salesforce's functional and technical capabilities in the Nonprofit space. You will act as a knowledgeable liaison with client executives, uncover business requirements, develop a technical strategy, and create effective solutions to address the client's needs. You will join a team of passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, all dedicated to improving the way social impact organizations operate. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities. Lead discovery sessions to gather business, functional, and technical requirements. Collaborate cross‑functionally to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver high‑quality solutions. Collaborate with internal team members to deliver quality work and raise project limitations and risks early. Manage and facilitate project delivery and build components as necessary. Manage end‑to‑end delivery of complex solutions to multiple clients. Configure and customize Salesforce.com core products. Configure Salesforce.com and related third‑party applications. Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy. Guide testing approaches for internal quality assurance and user acceptance. Stay up‑to‑date on the latest technologies, methodologies, and tools relevant to the nonprofit sector. Basic Qualifications 2‑4 years of Salesforce consulting experience, with a focus on the nonprofit sector. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP experience. Strong business acumen, curiosity, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and relational skills. Aptitude for using technology and data. Desired Qualifications In‑depth technical expertise in the Salesforce platform. Proficiency with Salesforce Flows. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, website and experience design concepts and methodologies. Knowledge of core social sector concepts like grant management, program management, impact measurement, and fundraising.
