They provide a supportive environment that values excellence, integrity, and professional development, offering flexibility, mentorship, and a competitive compensation package.Role OverviewAs a Litigation Lawyer, you will manage a diverse range of files including commercial, property disputes, employment, and estate litigation. You will be involved in all stages of litigation, including:Representing clients before courts and tribunalsManaging a varied caseload across multiple practice areasDrafting pleadings, affidavits, facta, and other court documentsConducting examinations for discovery, cross-examinations, and hearingsCollaborating closely with partners and associatesAdvising clients and developing practical, results-oriented legal strategiesQualificationsMinimum 3 years post-call litigation experienceExceptional written and oral advocacy skillsAbility to independently manage multiple files and deadlinesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCollaborative spirit and enthusiasm for problem-solvingSound business judgment and motivation to excel in the practice of lawCompensationCompetitive salary range: 100 – 137kWhy work with our client:Collegial and inclusive workplace cultureFlexible hybrid work arrangementsCompetitive compensation and benefits, including:Bonus payRRSP matchingParental leave top-upOn-site parkingFirm social eventsHow to Apply:Please contact cbazinet@deangroup.ca.
