Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate procurement activities to ensure compliance with established Supply Management sourcing processes and practices.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation on all solicitations, responses, purchases, contracts, correspondence, and related documentation within document repositories.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to faculty and staff in all aspects of procurement, including the interpretation of related policies and procedures.
