About the Project You will be part of our Mobilinx project, playing a key role in driving its success and contributing to one of Canada’s most exciting infrastructure projects. About the Job We are hiring a Quality Management Systems Coordinator to step into an existing role in our Quality team on the Mobilinx project. This position reports to the Quality Control Manager. What You Will Be Doing? Coordinate the resolution of Non-Conformances (NCRs) using the NCR management process and ensure timely completion of each step in the process. Identify and communicate trends in Non-Conformances. Preparation of regular quality reports and Key Performance indicators (KPIs) Coordinate the Mobilinx internal audit program. Conduct internal audits to investigate the cause of major issues or to investigate possible failure of the construction inspection process in identifying and preventing/correcting weaknesses. Ensure that all Quality Records associated with the implementation of the Quality Management System are kept organized and sorted Coordinate Archive/Record Retention System. Champion handover and close-out process Assist the Construction Quality Manager and Quality Control Manager in the management of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) for all the constructions activities. Tracking and monitoring all the deliverables from the Third-Party testing agency on a weekly basis. Promote quality awareness across the organization and support training related to QMS requirements. Support document control activities, including review, revision control, and distribution of Quality documents. Prepare, issue, and maintain minutes of meetings for quality-related meetings, including tracking of action items and follow-up to closure. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System. What We Are Looking For? Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in the administration and maintenance of the QMS within the construction industry. Proven experience managing and coordinating Quality Management Systems. Post-secondary education in construction, engineering or technician and quality control and assurance experience or an equivalent combination of experience and technical training. Effective relationship building skills which allow you to obtain and analyze information from multiple diverse sources Strong ability to work with all levels within an organization. Effective communicator, orally and in writing Successfully completed an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor course Knowledgeable about ISO 9001:2015 and experience conducting internal audits; Proven experience in the design and construction of large infrastructure projects; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple and changing priorities; and Excellent computer skills, working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, databases and web-based solutions. Experience with dashboarding, i.e Power Bi or Tableau is a plus Expected Compensation Successful candidates chosen for this position can expect to earn between $50,000 CAD - $60,000 CAD The exact salary you will earn within this range is dependant on the specific project to which you are assigned.
