Job Description A Principal Consultant in Client Services at Argano plays a crucial role in shaping the direction of the Client Services family. They are responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with mid-to-large clients to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and continued business. They set strategic goals, lead client initiatives, provide expert guidance to both clients and internal teams, and deliver advanced technical support & configurations. As a bridge between the client and Argano, they ensure that client needs are understood and met. A Principal Consultant is constantly implementing and testing enhancements as well as new functionality. Responsibilities Maintain regular communication with mid to large size clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback. Respond promptly and resolve issues in a timely manner. Align existing client practices and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve needs and challenges. Troubleshoot issues and propose best practice solutions. Identify business requirements, map them to Oracle Cloud functionality, and identify functionality gaps. Configure Oracle Cloud to meet client requirements and document application set‑ups. Analyze and resolve functionality issues and proactively identify long‑term solutions. Lead and present to clients and internal stakeholders. Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes and/or systems. Manage scope and client expectations on individual assignments and day‑to‑day activities. Lead and support clients in executing test scripts. Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution, and innovative design. Provide knowledge transfer to clients. Create specification documents for technical object development. Be a visionary leader in the Oracle Cloud space with innovative solutions around the product. Implement and test advanced enhancements and new functionality. Manage and oversee client accounts, including contract renewals, upsell, and cross‑sell of products or services. Develop account plans to maximize value for both the client and Argano. Focus on maintenance, reconfiguration, new functionality or modules. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any issues or complaints. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and provide strategic insights and recommendations. Work closely with internal sales, marketing, project managers, etc., to align client needs with Argano’s offerings. Prepare and present regular reports to management and clients outlining key performance metrics and status of client accounts. Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline. 5 – 10 years of client services experience or related field. Module‑specific experience in Absence Management and Time and Labor. Demonstrated experience in understanding business practice concepts in your modules of expertise. Track record of building long‑lasting relationships with clients. 3 full life‑cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. Fundamental system design and purpose knowledge. Effective engagement at both business and technical levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Oracle certification in your modules of expertise. Experience with OTBI, HDL, HSDL, BIP, Visual Builder Studio, and FastFormula. Redwood implementation and upgrade experience highly preferred. Project delivery experience, including planning and estimating. Validated ability to support sales as a subject‑matter expert. Strong interpersonal and client‑management skills. Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment. Experience leading and managing mid‑size client projects independently. Extensive expertise in multiple technical domains and IT knowledge. Proven track record of successful project management and client satisfaction. Certificates Oracle certification in Absence Management and Time and Labor preferred.
