About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments BS degree or relevant work experience in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative science Experience with medical, hospitals, providers or any health systems data is required Minimum 5 years experience in analytics, utilizing SQL and relational databases with both structured and unstructured data. At least 1-2 years of experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or Spotfire It would be great if you have… Exposure or experience working in Snowflake Experience with claims data a plus Hands-on experience wrangling through large datasets using BI tools What will you be doing in this role? Leverage qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills to develop new data products and enhance existing data products in the healthcare provider vertical Design, develop, and maintain processes and systems to analyze structured & unstructured “big data” sources using tools like Tableau, SQL, Python, and other analytic software Coordinate cross-functional, data-driven projects to ensure deliverables are to scope, timelines and met and – mostly important – clients are satisfied Collaborate with both clients and fellow team members to implement solutions Develop and execute creative solutions to non-standard requests and problems Take initiative to increase group productivity and problem-solving capability Hours of Work This is a full-time position primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. The role also offers a hybrid working arrangement at our locations in Philadelphia or Toronto.
