As we expand our product suite, including our AI Infrastructure Intelligence Platform, we are looking for a Product Owner who is energized by building data-driven products in rapidly growing markets. Role Description This is a full-time role based in our Vancouver office. As a Product Owner at Aterio , you will guide the vision, planning, and execution of key features across our market intelligence and data delivery products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, research, data science, and commercial teams to define requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and ensure that product releases deliver measurable value to our customers. You will combine customer insight, market understanding, and strong execution skills to help scale Aterio’s product offerings as we continue our accelerated growth. What You’ll Work On Work with engineering and design to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and feature delivery across multiple product lines. Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable product initiatives. Engage with customers—including hedge funds, corporations, and government stakeholders—to understand workflows, pain points, and emerging needs. Conduct competitive and market research to guide product decisions and inform prioritization. AI & Data-Driven Capabilities Collaborate with internal research and data teams to leverage AI, large language models, and data pipelines to enhance product functionality. Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve data quality, or expand data coverage. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with sales to support go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and customer onboarding. Provide clear updates on roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies. Documentation & Quality Create and maintain product documentation, user flows, and internal knowledge materials. Ensure features meet quality standards and drive user adoption through thoughtful release planning. Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner , Product Manager , or in a related role in SaaS, data products, or analytics platforms. Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear user stories and business outcomes. Experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments. Comfort working with data-centric products, APIs, dashboards, or ML/AI-driven features. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
