Job Title: Control Tower Manager Education: Associate Degree Category: Operations Job Type: Permanent Responsibilities Drives overall performance of the 4PL team and adherence to KPIs Acts as a counterpart for Regional Customer Teams First point of contact for escalation concerning customer management Responsible for all regional expenses and profitability Drives the efficiency of teams and looks for opportunities to streamline and improve processes Interfaces with other Regional Control Tower Teams to help drive projects and initiatives globally Ensures adherence to all customer contracts and confidentiality requirements Regional identification and implementation of optimization/value initiatives Supervises and leads a team of logistics professionals and analysts Develops regional team members and provides coaching to help develop employees Own and develop the regional relationship with the customer and defuse any tension that may arise and escalate accordingly when needed Monitoring of KPIs Data integrity checks and adherence to global standards Support for new business development and client onboarding as required Perform special reviews and projects as needed Qualifications Strong analytical capabilities Strong knowledge of supply chain management Ability to motivate and lead a team Strong interpersonal skills, strong team player with excellent communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks in order to achieve objectives Ability to perform in a multicultural matrix environment Physical Capabilities The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
