We offer dynamic careers for those individuals looking to be part of something bigger and provide growth opportunities within the organization.Job Title: Control Tower ManagerEducation: Associate DegreeCategory: OperationsJob Type: PermanentResponsibilitiesDrives overall performance of the 4PL team and adherence to KPIsActs as a counterpart for Regional Customer TeamsFirst point of contact for escalation concerning customer managementResponsible for all regional expenses and profitabilityDrives the efficiency of teams and looks for opportunities to streamline and improve processesInterfaces with other Regional Control Tower Teams to help drive projects and initiatives globallyEnsures adherence to all customer contracts and confidentiality requirementsRegional identification and implementation of optimization/value initiativesSupervises and leads a team of logistics professionals and analystsDevelops regional team members and provides coaching to help develop employeesOwn and develop the regional relationship with the customer and defuse any tension that may arise and escalate accordingly when neededMonitoring of KPIsData integrity checks and adherence to global standardsSupport for new business development and client onboarding as requiredPerform special reviews and projects as neededQualificationsStrong analytical capabilitiesStrong knowledge of supply chain managementAbility to motivate and lead a teamStrong interpersonal skills, strong team player with excellent communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks in order to achieve objectivesAbility to perform in a multicultural matrix environmentPhysical CapabilitiesThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
