What You’ll Do Drive Software Transformation – Lead initiatives to ensure product development aligns with company goals, delivering value within budget. Collaborate with Development Teams – Work closely to ensure solutions meet best practices and deliver outstanding user experience. Manage Stakeholders – Maintain strong relationships, communicate vision and progress, and align with business objectives. Optimize Software Products – Use data insights to enhance user experience and achieve business targets. Create and Curate Product Roadmaps – Partner with business units to develop and continuously adjust a strategic product roadmap. Mentor Product Owners – Provide leadership and support for their growth and success. Maximize Commercial Software Utilization – Identify opportunities to integrate commercial solutions into our roadmap for optimal value. What You Bring Product Management – Proven track record of leading product initiatives that meet/exceed business targets. Collaboration with Development Teams – Experience ensuring software products adhere to best practices and deliver excellent UX. Leadership & Mentorship – Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor Product Owners in a collaborative environment. Strategic Alignment – Strong understanding of aligning products with business strategy and prioritizing initiatives.
