We are seeking one (1) experienced Service Owner / Product Owner to lead service modernization initiatives involving data, analytics, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery . Work model: Primarily REMOTE (Canada) Contract: 12 months (extension up to 6 months) In-person sessions: Edmonton, up to 4 times per year (reasonable notice) Interviews: Jan 26 – Feb 6 (estimate) Own digital services end-to-end from discovery through implementation Lead agile product teams and prioritize work based on value and risk Redesign operational processes to support digitized services Oversee UAT, acceptance criteria, and delivery quality Engage stakeholders and support governance and executive reporting Define data, analytics, KPIs, and reporting requirements Support legacy system replacement and long-term product roadmaps Mandatory Experience (Must Have) 5+ years coordinating with business, IT partners, and SMEs 5+ years explaining complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders 5+ years documenting user requirements, processes, and workflows 5+ years in leadership and/or facilitation roles 5+ years designing and implementing complex IT solutions 5+ years working in agile delivery environments Nice to Have Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field Product Owner certification (CSPO or PSPO) Data requirements and analytics experience Data governance, quality, and security experience Alignment of data architecture to enterprise strategy Project and change management experience BI and advanced analytics experience in large enterprises Standard criminal record check required Mandatory privacy and security training required Resource must provide own computer compatible with Azure Virtual Desktop Resume must include: Experience clearly described under the role where obtained Job dates in MMM/YYYY–MMM/YYYY format Three professional references (most recent first) How to Apply If you are a senior Service Owner / Product Owner with strong data and agile delivery experience , apply directly or share with qualified professionals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
