Dental Sales / Territory Consultant - Endodontics Founded in 2017 by experienced Bio-Medical Professionals, Intelligent Vista Med Inc. is a Toronto-based dental supply company offering a wide range of dental products. From surgery instruments to advanced digital scanners, we provide expert guidance on thousands of dental supplies, equipment, and cutting‑edge digital solutions, helping dental practices thrive. Position Summary Our team is seeking a Dental Sales / Territory Consultant to help drive the next phase of company growth – someone who can act as a strategic partner in building and leading an Endodontic product division. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and grow an Endodontic product division, with a strong focus on entrepreneurial autonomy, strategic decision‑making, and long‑term business growth. The territory will focus on the Toronto and broader Ontario market, with opportunities to expand into additional provinces across Canada. For the right individual, there is also potential to grow into a Sales Manager or broader leadership role. Day‑to‑Day Impact Consult & Promote Products: Engage with dental and endodontic professionals to introduce and promote a suite of dental products, identifying opportunities to grow sales and support client needs. Drive Product Strategy: Lead product development initiatives, ensuring strong market positioning, visibility, and competitive advantage. Deliver Training & Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, educational seminars, and training sessions for dental teams and industry partners. Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with dentists, endodontists, supply chain partners, and key industry stakeholders. Increase Product Adoption: Promote awareness and adoption of dental supply products across territories and provinces through targeted marketing and education efforts. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for each product portfolio to maximize growth and ROI. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, leadership, and marketing teams to support product launches and optimize sales initiatives. Reporting & Market Insights: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and actionable market insights. Industry Awareness: Stay up‑to‑date on dental industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. What Makes You a Fit Local Market Knowledge: Based in the Toronto/GTA area, you have a strong understanding of the local dental and healthcare market, including design, workflow, and product needs of dental and endodontic practices. Sales Expertise: You have proven success in dental supply sales, ideally with a strong focus on endodontics and related products – your experience includes consulting, prospecting, lead generation, networking, delivering presentations, and driving product‑based ROI. Relationship Building: As a sales professional, you excel at cultivating long‑term, trusted relationships with dentists, endodontists, and other dental industry professionals. Positive Energy: You’re self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, and your passion for helping dental practices thrive is apparent. Detail‑Driven: You have strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable solutions for dental and endodontic practices. Excellent Communicator: You convey ideas clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, and thrive when presenting solutions to dentists and endodontists. Education: Clinical and/or educational background within the dental industry is a strong asset. Educational background in business is a strong asset. Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
