Our client, a leading organization in the Manufacturing sector, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. As an Onsite Manager, you will be part of the People and Culture department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Onsite Manager Location: Bridgewater, Nova Scotia Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000 What's the Job? Consult with employees to resolve diverse employee relations issues consistent with organizational culture, policies, and procedures. Execute general processing and administration while maintaining current and accurate human resources systems and processes. Research, prepare, and deliver resource guides and webinars on organizational practices and employment law topics. Maintain and update employee files and program documents to ensure compliance and accuracy. Stay abreast of work trends and adapt to changes in the legal or regulatory environment, establishing yourself as an expert on employment best practices. What's Needed? 1+ year in a human resources or customer service role. Education: Associate’s Degree. Strong communication skills to effectively consult with employees. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and minimizing disruption to business operations. What's in it for me?
