Account Manager, Business Flex – National Bank of Canada Your Role Provide advisory services aligned with client needs Analyze credit files, develop financing scenarios, and recommend appropriate solutions Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients Implement and follow up on recommendations from various Bank specialists and subsidiaries to support profitable business development Take ownership of personal development, improving skills and expanding knowledge of economic aspects related to SMEs Your Team Reporting to the Senior Director, Flex Business, the candidate collaborates daily with a team of 110 experts. Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. The role requires a hybrid model with presence in Quebec East and West regions and a rotating schedule between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday–Friday.
