PICA empowers our Strategic Business Unit Managers with a wide array of support resources, including engineering expertise, sourcing assistance, quality support, inventory management, customer service, and marketing tools. It’s up to you to leverage these resources strategically to drive success and achieve your business objectives. Our Business Development Offices, strategically located across the country, ensure a local presence to deliver tailored customer engagement. This enables us to meet customer needs with precision and build stronger partnerships within each region. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and execute sales and marketing objectives, aligning efforts with emerging market trends in high‑tech sectors such as Medical, Industrial, Wearable Technologies, IoT, and Biosensors Customer Engagement: Manage and grow an existing customer base while proactively identifying new prospects and expanding relationships. Tailor strategic sales efforts to capture opportunities in cutting‑edge industries Independent Ownership: Operate autonomously as a seasoned professional, fully responsible for managing your portfolio.
