The Warehouse Inventory Associate  is a part-time, onsite  position that supports the raw materials and componentry inventory, production supplies demand, distribution of raw materials, accurate record keeping, and maintaining min/max stock levels. This position holder works within our Operations department and collaborates with Purchasing, Production, and Sales leaders for optimal warehouse efficiency. The Warehouse Inventory Associate reports to the Inventory Manager.


Knowledge/Experience/Competencies Required:

  • This role has a keen operational mindset with warehouse and inventory experience.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple requests and has exceptional organization skills.
  • Effective with written and verbal communication, and fully understands transactions related to raw material and componentry inventory movement.
  • Familiar with Unleashed Inventory Program, or similar.
  • Experience with systems management (ERP – Inventory Management) and Microsoft office skills.
  • Eager to learn, immaculate attention to detail, and follows instructions precisely.
  • Able to pivot quickly and can solve problems logically with calmness and composure.
  • Working knowledge in basic data analysis and pattern recognition.
  • Collaborative. Works well in a team environment.
