Job Description Day-to-Day: As a Mailbox Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal users of a digital business banking product. You will collaborate with product teams to triage and/or address internal user concerns and support items related to the product. You will communicate effectively with internal users through written and verbal communication. You will work closely with product teams to ensure that internal user concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. You will provide feedback to product teams on internal user concerns and support items related to the product. You will maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
