Role Job Description: Role: Residential Sales Specialist Job Summary Driving revenue growth by developing and nurturing customer relationships, expanding market share, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions. Benefits Health Insurance (includes Virtual Health, and HCSA) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long-term Disability Short-term Disability RRSP Match Paid Vacation Floating Days Employee Assistance Program Employee Engagement Events Awards and Recognition Tuition reimbursement Service Awards Employee Perks & Discounts Job Responsibilities Developing and managing relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales of Company products Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions for the needs of current and future contractors, architects and customers Defining, building, implementing and monitoring Sales Plan, including sales strategies, targets, and priorities Creating action plans for defined sales targets and working with our suppliers to execute the plans Educating customers and staff on products; managing customer sample & educational stock levels Managing customer payments & credit in coordination with credit managers, including collections, credit recommendations, and AR adjustments within set rules Qualifications Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset College Diploma or Degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful Sales experience Valid driver’s license Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations Authorized to work in Canada Ability to travel Salary range: $65,000 - $70,000 (not including commissions) Benefits of Employment Roofmart recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
