With a mix of technical insight and client-facing expertise , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring project success from planning to implementation. About the role: Senior Engagement Manager As a Senior Engagement Manager in the AWS Professional Services division, you’ll participate in high-impact cloud projects that empower businesses to remove legacy constraints and evolve faster. You’ll apply best practices , draw from extensive customer experience, and build strong collaborative frameworks across teams. Your responsibilities will include working with AWS and customer leadership, gathering requirements, managing project scope, and delivering results that align with business objectives. Typical engagements involve cloud strategy , migration assessments , architecture design , and on-premise to cloud transitions . Benefits and Salary Amazon is a total compensation company. The base salary for this role ranges from $126,000 to $210,400 , depending on job-related knowledge and experience. Total compensation may also include equity , sign-on bonuses , and a comprehensive benefits package including health, financial, and family care coverage.
