This role requires deep expertise in Guidewire transformation, cloud and data modernization, AI-driven innovation, and application lifecycle services. The ideal candidate will also bring experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including IT integration, system consolidation, and change management.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship & Strategic AdvisoryServe as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT leaders in the P&C insurance space.Understand client goals, regulatory landscape, and operational challenges to shape digital transformation strategies.Build long-term relationships and drive account growth through innovation and service excellence.Technology Program LeadershipLead Guidewire transformation programs (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) from planning through implementation.Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives (GCP, AWS).Oversee data and AI programs, including predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and data lake architecture.Application & Service Delivery OversightManage delivery of:Application Support & Managed Services (incident management, SLAs, continuous improvement)Application Development (custom builds, enhancements, integrations)Quality Engineering & Testing (manual, automation, performance testing)Ensure delivery excellence, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) SupportLead or support IT integration efforts during M&A activities, including:Systems and data consolidationChange management and communication planningTata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
