Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire Marketing expérimenté(e) et stratégique pour diriger nos initiatives marketing et renforcer la notoriété de notre marque. Cette personne sera responsable de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies marketing performantes basées sur l'analyse des données et les tendances du marché.

Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède une solide expérience en gestion de campagnes marketing, en positionnement de marque et en développement de stratégies dans un secteur réglementé. Avec un marché ciblant à la fois le Canada et l'international, ce rôle représente une opportunité clé pour contribuer à l'expansion de notre marque à l'échelle mondiale.

Responsabilités principales

  • Développement stratégique: Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing complètes visant à renforcer la notoriété de la marque, engager les clients et stimuler la croissance des revenus.
  • Gestion des campagnes multi-canaux: Superviser la planification, l'exécution et l'optimisation des campagnes marketing sur divers canaux (numérique, médias sociaux, courriel, impression, événements, etc.).
  • Positionnement & image de marque: Assurer une communication cohérente et percutante de la marque sur l'ensemble des plateformes et supports marketing.
  • Études de marché & analyse concurrentielle: Effectuer des recherches approfondies sur le marché afin d'identifier les tendances, comprendre les besoins des clients et positionner efficacement l'offre de l'entreprise.
  • Conformité réglementaire: Veiller à ce que toutes les initiatives marketing respectent les réglementations et normes en vigueur, en particulier dans les secteurs hautement réglementés.
  • Collaboration interfonctionnelle: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes (ventes, développement de produits, affaires réglementaires, direction) pour aligner les stratégies marketing aux objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Analyse de performance & optimisation: Définir des indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs), suivre l'efficacité des campagnes et optimiser les stratégies en fonction des résultats.
  • Supervision du marketing numérique et du contenu: Assurer la production de contenu de haute qualité pour les supports numériques (site web, médias sociaux, courriels, brochures, etc.).
  • Gestion du budget marketing: Élaborer et gérer les budgets marketing afin d'optimiser le retour sur investissement (ROI) et maximiser l'efficacité des campagnes.
  • Encadrement & leadership: Encadrer et motiver les membres de l'équipe marketing afin de favoriser un environnement de travail innovant et performant.

Compétences & Exigences

Formation: Baccalauréat en Marketing, Commerce, Communication ou domaine connexe (MBA ou diplôme avancé, un atout).

Expérience: Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience en marketing, avec une expertise démontrée en gestion de projets et campagnes marketing.

Expertise sectorielle: Une expérience dans un secteur réglementé (ex. : pharmaceutique, santé, finance, cannabis, vapotage, etc.) est un atout.

Maîtrise des outils numériques: Connaissance approfondie du marketing numérique, SEO, publicité en ligne, CRM et outils d'automatisation marketing.

Analyse de données: Capacité à interpréter et exploiter les données marketing pour optimiser les stratégies et améliorer les performances.

Gestion de projets: Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets.

Compétences en communication & leadership: Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale, avec une expérience en gestion d'équipe ou en collaboration interfonctionnelle.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a regulated industry, a proven track record in developing and implementing marketing programs, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies : Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms and materials.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather competitive insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product development, regulatory affairs) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track marketing performance metrics, provide insights, and optimize strategies based on data-driven analysis.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including website copy, brochures, point-of-sale materials, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring a high return on investment for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, healthcare, finance, cannabis, vaping, or similar) is an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media management, content marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret marketing data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership: Experience leading teams or managing cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
