HxGN EAM Administrator

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an HxGN EAM Administrator to help our client support their existing HxGN EAM system.
Responsibilities:
- Configure the HxGN EAM software system.
- Develop, test and implement technical solutions.
- Engage with functional business teams.
- Perform requirements analysis and provide configuration documentation.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and technical issues.
- Write SQL queries for KPIs, SSRS and Cognos Reports, Database Triggers, and Stored Procedures.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum and develop User Stories as part of the working team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with the HxGN EAM software system.
- Experience in upgrading the HxGN EAM software system, including planning, execution, and testing.
- 2 years of experience creating SQL queries.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management principles.
- Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) and specifically HxGN EAM Web Services is an asset.
- Experience with implementing and configuring HxGN EAM’s mobile applications is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
In addition, this position requires the ability to:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal contacts.
- Provide advice and assistance on matters related to the work.
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision, although direction will be given.
- Maintain confidentiality.
