New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an HxGN EAM Administrator to help our client support their existing HxGN EAM system.


Responsibilities:

  • Configure the HxGN EAM software system.
  • Develop, test and implement technical solutions.
  • Engage with functional business teams.
  • Perform requirements analysis and provide configuration documentation.
  • Set up user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and technical issues.
  • Write SQL queries for KPIs, SSRS and Cognos Reports, Database Triggers, and Stored Procedures.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum and develop User Stories as part of the working team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with the HxGN EAM software system.
  • Experience in upgrading the HxGN EAM software system, including planning, execution, and testing.
  • 2 years of experience creating SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management principles.
  • Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) and specifically HxGN EAM Web Services is an asset.
  • Experience with implementing and configuring HxGN EAM's mobile applications is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

In addition, this position requires the ability to:

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal contacts.
  • Provide advice and assistance on matters related to the work.
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision, although direction will be given.
  • Maintain confidentiality.

The hourly rate range for this position is $50 - $80, with the final rate based on consultant experience and fit for the role.
