Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant role at Robertson & Company Ltd. The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant is a pivotal role for Robertson, helping us identify, assess, and secure top talent for our aggressive growth plans across the organization. This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end internal talent acquisition function of the firm. Responsibilities Complete full intakes to understand roles, company, culture, value proposition, etc. and to establish and confirm deliverables and key milestones. Develop and execute sourcing strategies while mapping the market and outlining intelligence to build robust networks / pipelines for current and future positions. Screening and assessment of candidates. Interview coordination and stakeholder management. Offer management and negotiations. Onboarding. Metrics, reporting, and market intelligence. Desired Experience 10+ years in recruitment, ideally in Banking / Financial Services with a strong network of Recruiters in those fields. Proven experience developing and executing a sourcing strategy for senior level roles. Strong skills in sales, sourcing, assessment & evaluation, negotiating & closing, in a full cycle recruitment environment. Polished and professional, with strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Previous experience in recruiting recruitment professionals in an agency environment would be an asset.
