Base pay range CA$90,000.00/yr - CA$100,000.00/yr \Direct message the job poster from Bevertec Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to consult on talent needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle Design and deliver effective assessment and selection strategies to support evidence-based hiring decisions Provide market insights and strategic advice to guide realistic and competitive hiring approaches Ensure consistent, fair, and compliant hiring practices, including compensation guidance and offer management Manage candidate evaluations, references, background checks, and onboarding in collaboration with key stakeholders Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines and promote the employer brand through networking and events Leverage sourcing tools, labour market data, and vendor partnerships to support current and future hiring needs Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements, and data-driven talent acquisition initiatives Deliver guidance and presentations on recruitment policies, systems, and best practices Role Requirements Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics and market insights Ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and shifting priorities Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills with sound judgment and empathy Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across all recruitment activities Proven ability to assess candidate competencies and role fit using best-practice tools Experience handling sensitive and confidential HR matters Experience in a unionized environment and working knowledge of relevant employment legislation University degree in a relevant field (or equivalent) 4–6 years of experience in human resources or talent acquisition Assets Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Human Resources Industries Electric Power Generation Location Toronto, Ontario, Canada #J-18808-Ljbffr
