Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level positions within the pharmaceutical or specialty pharma space Source, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels, including proactive headhunting and networking Leverage the ATS to post, manage, and track positions, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the process Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, provide market insights, and develop effective recruitment strategies Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs What Do You Bring? Minimum 5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience within the pharmaceutical or health care industry Post‑secondary education is required Strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates in senior‑level positions Hands‑on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills A self‑starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
