Power Platform Specialist

The Power Platform Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation tools and business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives by creating scalable, efficient solutions tailored to various business units. The specialist collaborates cross-functionally to optimize workflows, identify process improvements, and stay current with industry trends in automation and data management. Key Responsibilitie s: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and automation workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services such as Enterprise SQL Server, Azure SQL, SharePoint, and Outlook Develop and optimize solutions using Azure services, with emphasis on Azure SQL for data storage and retrieval Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across business units Conduct thorough testing of applications and workflows to ensure quality and reliability Manage deployment and maintenance of Power Platform and Azure solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards Create interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI to support data-driven decisions Provide training and user support to maximize adoption and effective use of solutions Develop documentation and user guides for solution implementation and usage Stay updated on the latest Power Platform and Azure features, recommending enhancements as needed Support team capability development through knowledge sharing and training Participate in ongoing learning programs to advance skills in Power Platform and Azure ecosystems Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field 3-5 years of experience designing and managing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services (including Azure SQL) Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure Proven experience in workflow automation, data visualization, and business intelligence Track record of delivering continuous improvement projects leveraging Power Platform and Azure Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexibility and agility in adapting to changing requirements and deadlines Ability to lead projects or project phases and contribute to process improvements Client-focused mindset with effective prioritization skills Highly trainable and ablAzuree to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: Basic understanding of database management and SQL Exposure to insurance and underwriting processes Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.Cell phone * This field is required Please enter valid cell phone.
