Power Platform Specialist

The Power Platform Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation tools and business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives by creating scalable, efficient solutions tailored to various business units. The specialist collaborates cross-functionally to optimize workflows, identify process improvements, and stay current with industry trends in automation and data management.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and automation workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power AutomateIntegrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services such as Enterprise SQL Server, Azure SQL, SharePoint, and OutlookDevelop and optimize solutions using Azure services, with emphasis on Azure SQL for data storage and retrievalCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutionsIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across business unitsConduct thorough testing of applications and workflows to ensure quality and reliabilityManage deployment and maintenance of Power Platform and Azure solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational standardsCreate interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI to support data-driven decisionsProvide training and user support to maximize adoption and effective use of solutionsDevelop documentation and user guides for solution implementation and usageStay updated on the latest Power Platform and Azure features, recommending enhancements as neededSupport team capability development through knowledge sharing and trainingParticipate in ongoing learning programs to advance skills in Power Platform and Azure ecosystemsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field3-5 years of experience designing and managing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services (including Azure SQL)Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AzureProven experience in workflow automation, data visualization, and business intelligenceTrack record of delivering continuous improvement projects leveraging Power Platform and AzureKeen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility and agility in adapting to changing requirements and deadlinesAbility to lead projects or project phases and contribute to process improvementsClient-focused mindset with effective prioritization skillsHighly trainable and ablAzuree to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred Qualifications:Basic understanding of database management and SQLExposure to insurance and underwriting processesEmail ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.Cell phone * This field is required Please enter valid cell phone.First Name * This field is required Please enter valid first name.Last Name * This field is required Please enter valid last name. #J-18808-Ljbffr
